At one time my focus was off, my thoughts scattered. Staying consistent within my training has brought me to a place that has allowed me to have quiet thoughts and stay focused. Knowing that consistency can keep my focus has helped me over the years!!

 … have that extra cup of coffee ! Taking time for yourself as a mom is super important! I watch my mom and baby class moms & I’m so inspired by them! Getting lost as a mom happens when we give and give - we LOVE to give, just remember to give to yourself also !! Let those who love you spoil you today.

💗My Day Today … I am grateful as my girls messaged me saying my pick up time is 9:30 am as they are taking me out & later I get to spoil my mom who is one of the most incredible women I know 💗! But first I will coffee, push-ups , hangout with “Java” (82lb kb) and walk Rosie 💕. 

💕Thank you to all the women that show up every day to bring kindness and nurturing to our world and your kick #~€? Determination!!!!

I have always trained first and foremost because I feel better ! As you know it’s part of my career but I without a doubt would train the same if it wasn’t! I also train so I can do things like trying surfing at 46 yrs old!! 

Life is about living and having a quality of life during your journey! Catching a wave may not be on your list - I hope for you it is but simply being able to play with your grandchildren or go for leisurely walks with friends ! Train to improve the quality of your life ! 

Thank you to @thesupvets @supvets_wes for giving me the opportunity to do mobility with crew before surfing and allowing me to “catch” my first wave ever before I turn 47!!!!! EPIC I would say !!!!

I met @supvets_wes  on LinkedIn about a year ago… he began training my online training platform as he wanted to feel, move better and go after his goal to be able to still surf when he gets 90 yrs ! After training amd us getting to know each other he introduced me to his non profit @thesupvets ! Our values lined up with training &with mindset . He then invited me down to do mobility training for their 3 rd retreat.  What an incredible group of humans and an incredible cause …. Head on over to give them a Follow!!

Life’s moments …. I caught myself saying yest Life’s moments ….

I caught myself saying yesterday “if life only came with a manual!” As I thought about it yesterday I realized “what fun would that be?” 

Life is messy and beautiful. We get to learn every day from our mistakes to adjust and make our life better.  I have learnt so much the past 10 years. 

The biggest things I have learnt:
💗Keep going - when you are in a sh#%% spot - don’t stop there 
💗Tend to your relationships , not with force but with gentleness while always knowing  your worth 
💗your health should be one of your biggest relationships you have because without it … illness & injury occur
💗there is no balance as my tattoo reads ☺️… but strive for harmony within your world 
💗training will teach you consistency and life skills 
💗Gratitude is always there so when motivation goes- be grateful… as it will push you through 
💗Life is about the journey & the moments - choose the moments with the people that ADD positivity to your life .

Truth is we all want to look great when we look in our reflection .  It is along this journey that we learn that beauty becomes the strength within. I spoke with my daughter this morning before posting this, I simply asked why do you show up???? 

Answer was this “first because who doesn’t want a great booty … but it changed as I trained because I wanted my body to be strong, I like knowing I’m strong and seeing that I am strong!” 

You see it’s not to be frowned upon if you goal is great abs or a booty … because if you train properly your mindset hopefully will change along with your body changes. As you get the stronger you will FEEL differently and when you are aware and recognize that feeling is truly when your “shift” will happen . 

As you train for your body goals be aware of how it makes you feel & how your inner confidence grows then you will capture Strong Body ~ Strong Mind 💕j

Training Levels … always … with a modification Training Levels … always … with a modification and or progression. 

With out In Studio or Online Training you are guided with a start spot and progressions to advance your training! The idea is to create a group training that is tailored for all levels. 

Looking today at the kickout off the kettlebell & how to get there! 
▪️Start with no kettlebell training our KB Sit Out using your hands and knees to get to the end position (overtime your strength and mobility will increase allowing you to go to your next progression)
▪️Train getting into that position and holding your body weight up, not an easy task but it can be done so keep trying)
▪️Train the kickout and here again you can first train it by modifying and lower the body down extending the leg without holding the body above the floor) then advance 
▪️Lastly when you are ready add in the kettlebell! You should have progressed from the 2 handed swing first also !!

Remember to enjoy the journey and as you find success you are creating confidence and internal strength along the way 💕j
