Take a full 60 rest here if repeating ! 

Intermediate… take out the BU- can also be modified to single hand using switch swings or 2 handed swing !  Always a way !!!

Who & What is Kbkbcanada?? It started as my story Who & What is Kbkbcanada??

It started as my story of single mom - me - Jodi ! I  went through a life change (divorce & at 41 I decided that I wanted to help others through my passion of the kettlebell specifically to women who felt as though they lost their way and identity. It was a challenge starting the company as in the beginning renting an apartment was impossible but I found a way to build a company that had a program I could evolve not only within the training world but to implement a place to build a community both at a location & online.  A community where you always stand uniquely as an individual but where you get to stand together strong to grow and to help give back in a bigger way. Training Kbkbcanada allows you a safe place to be You and to grow strong ! There will always be trials and hardship within our lives … staying consistent to the training and using that as a life tool along with your mindset tools … you can accomplish HUGE THINGS ….. remember I was a stay at home mom for 13 years who at times was afraid of my  own shadow. 💗J

Friday Family Workout 💙 Partner workout & part Friday Family Workout 💙

Partner workout & partner motivation is a helpful factor and you can have a lot of FUN also!  Today training with my youngest daughter who is an avid fitness fan as she Learnt at a young age that if you weren’t happy with how you feel & look you put in the work to make changes! As you can see our body types are the same, as a youth I struggled with “skinny” … “you should eat a burger “ comments ! Picking up a weight not only got each of us stronger it helped with confidence and creating a space to have not only a healthy body but a healthy …. #trainingforlife

🔹8 rows while partner holds a squat 3 sets (choose to go slow if you wish to push your partner 😉)
